El compositor, periodista, productor y multi-instrumentista Nick Talbot, conocido por su proyecto Gravenhurst, ha sido encontrado muerto el día de hoy. Aunque hasta el momento se desconocen las causas de su fallecimiento, su familia ha solicitado evitar los rumores en torno a ellas, al menos hasta que se emita un comunicado oficial.

Por su parte, Warp  Records (sello en el que Talbot había editado recientemente el recopilatorio Offerings: Lost Song 2002 – 2004) y su manager, Michelle Hilborne, han emitido sus condolencias en el sitio oficial del músico:

We are shocked and saddened to share the news that Nick Talbot aka Gravenhurst has passed away aged 37. An immensely talented singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, record producer and journalist, he will be hugely missed. Nick’s family and friends request privacy at this difficult time.
