Hope Sandoval estrena primer single de su próximo disco Rodrigo Ferrariseptiembre 26, 2016Noticias0 Comentarios Hope Sandoval, vocalista de la banda californiana Mazzy Star, hace noticia hoy por su proyecto paralelo Hope Sandoval and The Warm Inventions. La banda -que también integra el baterista de My Bloody Valentine, Colm Ó Cíosóig- lanzará su tercer álbum de estudio, Until the Hunter (Tendril Tales) el próximo 4 de noviembre y ya podemos escuchar el primer adelanto de ese disco, que cuenta con la colaboración de Kurt Vile (quien -recordemos- vendrá a Chile al Fauna Primavera en noviembre). “Let Me Get There”, se llama este primer track (el cuarto del disco) y fue el propio Kurt Vile quien lo comentó: “It was a total honor to sing along to a beautifully hypnotic soul groove with heavyweights like Hope, Colm, and all the other top notch musos. To respond to Hope’s call in song of letting her get there felt right and real and gave me chills while singing, even though I knew they already got there years before I walked in the building.” El disco marca el retorno de Hope Sandoval and The Warm Inventions, tras su disco de 2009 Through the Devil Softly y contará también con colaboraciones de Dirt Blue Gene, la cantante Mariee Sioux y el músico Michael Masley.
